MKT-Messaging service is established with the purchase of a Message Card, a virtual prepaid and rechargeble card that allows the mailing of FAX, SMS or MAIL LETTERS like if they were e-mails, with a simple double click on the FAX or cellular number, or on the organization's address present in the Registry of MKT-Office.
The Service establishment is very simple: if you already own MKT-Office application, or you have free downloaded it, you just need to follow the instructions in internet for the purchase  of a MKT-Message Card 30,100, or 500, or you can directly Buy it On-line.
Sending a FAX:
With a simple double click on the Fax number you can send a FAX in internet through an e-mail. If you want to add some notes as "Cover" of your Fax you can insert them in the e-mail text. The attached files ( extension such as doc, xls, tif, pdf, ecc..), with the cover, will be delivered to the addressee as print pages directly on his Fax.
Sending a SMS:
With a simple double click on the cellular number you can send a SMS in internet through an e-mail. The text inserted in the e-mail (up to a maximum of 160 letters) will be sent to the addressee as a SMS message.
Sending a MAIL LETTER
With a simple double click on the address you can send a MAIL LETTER  through an e-mail in internet. The user adds in the e-mail text the postalization parameters decided for the attached document: the addressee will receive in an envelope the printed copy of the file attached.
The MKT-Office Groups extension is very useful  for an easy management of sending documents and  comunication to groups via e-mail, FAX or SMS. This extension is indispensable to send in internet one text as a same MAIL LETTER to several addressees.

All the MKT-Message Cards expire after 12 months from their purchase.

The FAX is charged depending on time necessary for the delivery, like a normal phone call, with no more fee, time for more than one try included. MKT tries maximum 5 times.

No. It's not required, but we strongly suggest it not only because it's free, but also because it simplifies and speeds up sending. With the purchase of a Message Card the service is established.

No. You can automatically recharge your Message Card.
