MKT-Office: The Customer Relationship Management
MKT-Office is an innovative and professional software of Customer Relationship Management, essential to totally exploit the existing hardware and software resources and obtain:

The application, with an essential "Dashboard" interface, manages the data and the documents in a very simple way, in order to facilitate just in time decision making. MKT-Office is a self-installing software and in order to be used at its best the computer must have the possibility to scan documents. The Visioneer Strobe Pro NT is the ideal complement to the dashboard software MKT-Office. With a simple click on the icon on the lower bar of Paperport desktop, you can automatically import scanned file ( in .tif or .pdf format ) to Protocol for a very easy Customer Relationship Management.

MKT- Office is fully compatible with local and remote networking and Internet. The system uses the Windows standard applications, typically Outlook Express, for Sending and Receiving documents. The Print, Reporting and Graphic Creation are possible thank to Windows applications, such as Access 2000 or Excel 2000.
MKT-Office is compatible with Lotus Notes environment (the best integration of Notes can be reached with the IMAP Extension and Outlook Express activated as a client). It can be used even in Mac environment with PC emulators (for ex. Virtual PC by Connectix).

For a better integration with the Enterprise Information System it is possible to link MKT-Office with every ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning).

This software is particularly suggested for Personal Information Management e Messaging. It allows the chronological archiving of all the contacts and documents connected with the Microsoft Office files. This software allows you to  send automatically  FAX or SMS in internet with a simple double click on the Fax or cellular number. You can also automatically send a MAIL LETTER in internet with another double click on the address field of the Registry.
The FAX, SMS and MAIL LETTERS service can be established with the purchase of a Message Card.
The MKT-Office Freeware version is un-limited in data volume and can be free downloaded in internet visiting the Download MKT-Office page.
The Freeware version allows you to test the MKT-Office complete version with all its Extensions just asking in internet the Free Temporary Activation Code (select "Temporary Activation" from the Help Menu of the software).

MKT-Office Base, beside all the Messaging functions, has more functions useful for the Contact Management and for the "Protocol" which allows a complete and automatic documental registry necessary for  IDM (Integrated Document Management).
You can not only send telephone calls or e-mail but also FAX and SMS automatically in internet with a simple double click on the Telephone, Fax or cellular number. With a double click on the address field of the Registry you can automatically send in internet MAIL LETTERS.

This application has all the functions for a multi-user in LAN, the connection to the Archive and the Virtual Working Desk and a lot of automatisms for the office work.
MKT-Office Professional realizes the complete Multilanguage software for Customer Relationship Management,  Electronic Documental Management and Workgroup.
Moreover this Extension has the Address Normalization Service.
In presence of MKT-Office Base, the Professional Extension can be installed simply purchasing the license via internet through the registration window (select Registration from the Help Menu of the software).

The MKT-Office Groups Extension has several useful functions for the Grouping Management of the Organizations in the Registry of MKT-Office. In particular manages the automatic sending of FAX, SMS and MAIL LETTERS in internet, with multiple link of the Documents to each associate of the Group.
The MKT-Office Groups Extension is very useful  for an easy management of sending documents and  communications to groups via e-mail, FAX or SMS. This Extension is indispensable to send in internet a text as MAIL LETTER to several addressees.
If  MKT-Office Base is already installed, the Groups Extension can be installed simply purchasing the license via internet through the registration window (select Registration from the Help Menu of the software).

For easy and fast coping of the MKT-Office Database from a PC to another is available MKT-PCSyncro, very useful to transfer all the documents and data to the Laptop for an off-line use.
This software can synchronize any data or file available on the Server with the copy installed on the Laptop rapidly and safety. A couple of minutes are in average  sufficient to synchronize  500 MB of data made of several thousands files.
Being only a copy of the Database the modification done to the documents and files on the Laptop are lost in the next transfer of data.
To avoid this problem you have to link a remote MKT-Office Client with a central Server in order to mutually send and receive documents and data via internet (in this case you don't need the software MKT-PCSyncro but it is necessary the software MKT-DBSyncro Server and the Extension Client).

The DBSyncro Client Extension realizes a strong integration of the Customer Relationship Management in the LAN and internet with Managers traveling, remote coworkers and Sales Force to share the same information and documents as they were working beside in one room.
This software links a remote MKT-Office Client to a central Server in order to mutually send and receive documents and data via internet.
As many licenses DBSyncro Client are needed as the number of remote workstation you want to link to the central Server (for which is necessary a DBSyncro Server license only).
Usually the DBSyncro Client Extension is used together with the other Extensions (Groups and Professional), but it is possible to purchase it even separately.
If  MKT-Office Base is already installed, the Groups Extension can be installed simply purchasing the license via internet through the registration window (select Registration from the Help Menu of the software).

The DBSyncro Server Extension realizes a strong integration of the Customer Relationship Management in the LAN and internet with Managers traveling, remote coworkers and Sales Force to share the same information and documents as they were working beside in one room.
This software, installed with only one license on the central Server, links all the remote MKT-Office DBSyncro Client qualified to mutually send and receive documents and data via internet. with semi-automatic procedures.
The MKT-MailRobot software is needed for a full automatism of the mutual sending and receiving documents and data via internet .

MKT-MailRobot realizes a strong integration of the Customer Relationship Management in the LAN and internet with Managers traveling, remote coworkers and Sales Force to share the same information and documents as they were working beside in one room.
This software, installed with only one license on the central Server, allows the automatic sending and receiving revisions of MKT-Office among the DBSyncro Server and all the DBSyncro Client installed on the qualified working stations.
Usually the MKT-Mail Robot is used together with the other Extensions to MKT-Office (DBSyncro Client, Groups and Professional), but it is possible to purchase it even separately.
With the right configuration this software can be used for any receiving and sending of e-mail and file in internet.

Yes, each name present in the Registry Window or in the Address Book has an "e-mail address" field. With a double click on this field a new e-mail message already addressed is created and is ready to be written and sent.
